If you love skiing/snowboarding and have found that special someone that you just might love more than skiing or riding on an awesome powder day, then perhaps it is time you should combine your 2 great loves.

Today is Loveland’s 23rd annual Mountaintop Matrimony.
Yes, you can get married to that special someone while decked out in a Marmot jacket, googles and wearing ski boots.

The 23rd Annual Valentine’s Day Mountaintop Matrimony ceremony and reception is a Loveland tradition where new couples are joined in matrimony and married couples renew their vows in a mass wedding at The Ptarmigan Roost Cabin, elevation 12,050 feet, located at the top of Lift #2.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

If the sales numbers from 2013 are any indicator (see Stats tab on front page of www.dreamhomesummit.com), 2014 is looking to be a promising year in the Breckenridge condo market.

The number of condo sales in Breckenridge was up ~+36% in 2013 which accounts for the 2nd largest percentage gain in the last 20 years. With interest rates still low, a nice selection of properties on the market and what has been a great snow year which has been bringing in lots of skiers/visitors, 2014 appears primed to see continued positive momentum in the Breckenridge real estate market.
